Congrats to Aftermath for killing Fathom-Lord Karathress! Took us a few tries, but once we got our positioning and healing sorted out, our first Tier 5 loot was in the bag. Good luck tomorrow on Leotheras!

Much easier fight than I thought, JUST like High King. If you can get past the first 2 minutes you're golden.
