San Diego Trip July 18-22 - postponed till 2010

Here is your first notice of the San Diego trip in July. I am currently trying to find a decent hotel at a decent price and negotiate rooms for us. It is tough because I need to find a hotel that will also have space if people want to stay for Comic Con. Before I start negotiating I want to get a preliminary head count.

Please pick 1 answer. Also, please tell everyone in game to get their butts over here and vote. I need an answer from everyone.

This is only a rough estimate and you can always change your mind. I will over reserve rooms for us, so don't worry about space.

It is with great regret I have to postpone the trip July of 2010. I have been talking to a lot of people that were planning on going and they no longer can because of money.

This doesn't mean trips are out! Start saving to go to San Diego in July of 2010!!

Could you and your brother afforded the $500 each for air fare ($150 if Jason would have gotten you a buddy pass) $600 to share for room, about $300 each for food for the week, and about $400 each for the events and stuff we were going to do? It was too much money for a lot of people right now, which I agree sucks.

But hey, we can still go drinking! And if anyone comes to visit the DC area, the three of us can take them out like we always do!
